Exclusive bracelets (Platinum Plus members)
Within the first 90 calendar days of each of your Enerlocks locking tool kit purchases, which includes the exclusive Enerlocks gemstone bracelet, you may return your exclusive bracelet should it break and need to be restrung.
Your exclusive bracelet will be restrung using the original beads supplied to us by you and shipped back to you at no charge. We will add additional beads during the restringing process if original beads are missing to restore their original length.
Standard bracelets and extenders
Within the first 90 days of each of your Enerlocks locking tool kit purchases, which includes the standard Enerlocks gemstone bracelet and extender, you may return your bracelet and extender should they break and need to be restrung.
Your standard bracelet and extender will be restrung using the original beads supplied to us by you and shipped back to you at no charge. Your bracelet and extender will be restored to their original lengths. Our restoration may require the addition of new beads, however, these beads will be of the same or complementary color palette and/or gemstone property.

Each purchase made from our Enerlocks online store will be processed in up to 3 business days (Monday – Friday). We ship orders using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail service. Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email notification that will include your tracking number.
Packages that will be shipped to you as a result or restringing and restoring will be shipped using standard postal mail.
Your membership and access to its contents will remain active upon receipt of regular and timely payments ( i.e. monthly, annually).
Voluntary cancellation
If you decide to cancel your membership, it will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. It will not be renewed at the start of the next billing cycle. Once your billing cycle ends, you will no longer have access to the membership and all of your account and profile information will be removed from our system. Upon rejoining the membership, you will be required to create a new account and membership profile.
Involuntary cancellation/termination
We reserve the right to terminate your membership due to non-payment ( i.e. missed payment, expired payment method). We will notify you of a missed payment. You will be provided reasonable time to update your payment information. If your membership lapses due to non-payment, you will immediately lose access to the membership and its contents. If you rejoin, you will be required to create a new account and membership profile.
Only Platinum Plus memberships that are in good standing can be transferred with all of the membership benefits transferring to the new member. The ability to transfer your Platinum Plus membership is nullified when your account is in arrears or has been canceled due to non-payment.
