Australian Chrysoprase

Australian Chrysoprase is a durable gemstone found in Central Queensland, Australia.  As a variety of Chalcedony, a member of the Quartz family, it is one of the more rare and highly sought after Chalcedonies.  Australian Chrysoprase is known for its translucence and apple-green color.
